Sunday, 12th January – Paint & Pilates Day Retreat at Orlagh House

- Walk around estate of Orlagh House
- Pilates class
- 25 min motivational talk by guest host
- Teas, coffees, juices, sandwiches, wraps, soup, sweet treats served throughout the day
- Paint class overlooking Dublin City
- Complimentary car park
- Bring your own pilates mat (we will have limited mats)
